Sometimes I think like this: “I’ve learned English for 3 years in Junior High School plus 3 years in Senior High School. I’ve got 6 years of English lessons in formal institution. And now what are those result? I’m still unable to use english well. I have poor vocabulary list and the important thing is I can’t speak English fluently! I think I have wasted so many years.”

In this third semester my lecturer, Miss Heni, gives us (her student) discussion tasks every week. Those tasks makes us speak. Of course I like it and give full support for her. In earlier semester she also made us speak by giving singing, telling story and reading tasks.

I’ve analized what are causes of my poor English ability. I’ve found that the most cause is by not practising tha international language. I think if I live in England for half a year, I will be able to speak English well. That’s why, because I will be forced to speak English by my environtment. So I think that the most effective way to learn English is by practising. You know that practise makes perfect.

So, by this day I encourage my campus mates to use English everyday. I call this “Let’s Talk In English Campaign.” Most of us will face many difficulties because we are not used to speak in that language. Altough we make so many mistakes, we will go on talk in English. Later, as we try to practise English everyday, there must be a significant result. That’s my and my friends wish.

I think there are many gramatical or spelling mistakes in this post. I’ll say thanks if you can correct me.
